Wow - I am so sorry to hear that - and also that this is happening on both devices. Actually deleting the app and then re-installing it usually will fix any type of issue. Of course you lose any saved boosters and lives, and it is usually done as a last resort, but if your game somehow got corrupted, reinstalling it usually solves the problem.
Have you cleared your cache on both platforms? I play on both an iPhone 15 (I was using a 12 until the new phone came out) and an iPad mini 6 and haven't had this issue.
I think you need to contact Player support thru your game because that way they can connect to your game to see if there are any specific issues. Please click HERE to see how to contact player support.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
