5715-19 error
Hi the recent games I’ve done had really weird functions that were completely different to normal. The stripes were activating in the opposite direction, the colours weren’t matching with each other, there were new symbols that seemed to operate completely differently than expected and dead zones that wouldn’t move. I thought it must be several new features to try to understand but it was completely illogical. Having taken a break I’ve gone back into 5719 and it’s reverted completely to the norm. So I think there’s been a system error. Problem is I’ve used up 25 lives whilst trying to play. I’d like them back please.

Unfortunately here in the Community we are not able to restore lives that has been used but we will make sure to pass on this feedback to the team.
You can always reach out to our Player Support team HERE and ask for a compensation especially if you have purchased the lives.
