For the past couple of months I have been unable to get into the store. Whenever I click the store button, the screen just stays in "loading" mode. I have done everything possible to fix it, to no avail. I get an actual error message, but only when clicking on "buy tier" in season pass. I get a blank screen when choosing store. I don't know what else to try. I attached the screenshots that show the issue. Help! 😁

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!
Thanks Kiara, I've tried all that you mentioned and my app is up to date. It's been like this since I started playing ccs. I have not contacted support, but will do so tmrw. Thanks again,

Hi @Jiggyraff I don't know what's going on with your game, but I am surprised that you were trying to buy a tier in Season's pass. That would be wasting gold bars because it is so easy to get to the last tier! Just replay level 10 again and again and you'll have passed the last tier in no time.
Lol, oh no, I wasn't trying to buy the tiers, I only clicked on them to see if I'd be able to connect to the shop ..
I make all the tiers playing for free in a day 😉
