Has anyone else had problems receiving the rewards for collecting the beads? I click on "start streak" every time it displays on my screen, but I have yet to see any of the rewards. I always pass the levels on 1st try, so I'm confused on why I'm not seeing any of the progress or final result. I may be wrong, but is there a message that pops up showing how many beads you've collected in the end? Thanks!

Yes, that doesn't sound right. I have Sam's Streak in both my games and it functions fine and yes, it does show up and updates your score after each level played. I suppose you've got the latest update installed and tried closing the game, your device and all these things? Maybe contacting Support would be the next step. Or it might just fix itself..... these things often do.

Hello Jiggy, yes my event disappeared today but I have also noticed that my streaks are not being registered at all. After I pass a level I don’t get the usual booster reward in the following game. Could be connection issue but I’m not sure… Also I’m still waiting for my Gold bars from the POT challenge.

Yep Christine, I have the latest update. I have cleared the cache, signed out and back in, restarted the device, but nothing. I only play CCS on my tablet, and not on FB like a lot of the other players. It's been like this since I started getting the "Sam notifications".

Ah, ok, so I'm not the only one. Do you play on FB? As for the GB for the last challenge, I have no idea if I rec'd mine. I'm still wondering and waiting for someone on the mod team to verify if I did or didn't receive them. 😋

It does it to me every week, it plays fine for 2 days updating my score after every level then when it's time to collect my boosters, it's disappeared.

I play on my phone. There are more players that did not receive their rewards for POG. Hopefully someone will respond 🤞
My Sam Streak returned after I refreshed the app (I turned off my Wi-Fi and played a few levels on cellular network, not sure why but this sometimes works) anyways I never win so I don’t pay much attention to Sam’s game😅 hope all will get sorted for you and you get all your rewards 🤞🤞

🤔 Hmm.. maybe I'll try that. I only play on my tablet using my wifi, but I will try on my phone using my network to see if that helps. Not expecting anything though 😋

I know…. The app sometimes just miraculously resets for me and I have no idea what worked in the end 😭 BTW I managed get my gold yesterday finally. Also I noticed my gold was added before I pressed the claim button so I hope yours was added too before your app crushed! 🤞

Hey, that's great JK! I still don't have any idea if mine were added. Had I looked at the number of bars before the game froze, I would've seen if they were. I won't cry if they never are 😋
