Two days ago someone who sends me lives daily received message when clicking in her friends list ‘This player’s full profile is coming soon’ when attempting to send me lives. I also noticed level banner on one device was at 14000 and now displays 12000. Additionally the pop up message with my player pic popped up that said this player passed level, add friend. Tried reaching out to King.com who responded to ask Community. What do I need to do to get this resolved. Any help would be appreciated

Hi there. This seems to have some connection with a new feature that King are trying out, called a "player card". One of my CandyCrush friends has had the same experience and suddenly can't send me lives and gets the same message screen as your friend. I think that, too was two days ago. Your friend must be part of the same test group. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what comes out of this. Hope they'll sort it out soon.

I have people I cant send live to, as the message "this players full profile will be coming soon" been like this for about a week now, and had 1 friend that contacted me that she could not send me lives for same issue. Needs sorting before these people unfriend thinking your not sending lives through my fault.

To keep receiving lives from your friend you will have to send a life request.
If the pop-up asking you to add yourself as a friend appears again can you post a screenshot of it here please.
