Sorry I was trying to be quick to answer before the mod blocks your thread, as it is in a foreign language. With the sugar coat you can move candies INTO the sugar coat to make a match, so you need to tap on the candy that is NOT covered. In your screenshot you can move the orange candy down to swap with the green to match the three green candies.
Move the orange candy down.
