Video ads

Question

I am 71 and have been playing Candy Crush saga for many many years.

I recently introduced loads of family and friends and I am so annoyed that they have over taken me when I am on 6076 because they still get video ads to earn boosts and extra moves.  It’s made me want to give up on the game I love to play because I am so stressed and frustrated with it.

I really do think that those of us who don't get the video ads get other perks to help with our games, I have a strong feeling that the game gives us slightly easier boards or better events maybe. I know I can't prove this, and it's mean of King to be so divisive in choosing some players to get ads and others to not get them, but I like playing my games without adverts and I enjoy playing them. I got to level 15,000 without ever having ads in my game. So if you enjoy the game, then don't fret about it. Just play the game you have been given and make the most of it.

Hi there. Annoyed, stressed, frustrated..... Those words make me think it may be time to give up on this game and find something to pass the time that is actually fun and rewarding. Don't waste your life away on Candy Crush!
