If you are playing on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
If you are using a mobile device or the App version, you can send the complaint directly from your game --> Pink Cog wheel --> ? icon --> Scroll down to "New Levels / Level Help" --> Click on the option "I passed a level. Why didn't it move me forward" and follow the steps.
