Hello @EdenHuang I don't think the issue you describe is being investigated as stated by @kiara_wael

The issue of people's profiles 'coming soon' seems to have been caused by the testing of a new feature called the Player Card. Players that aren't in the test can't have lives sent to them by people that are in the test. The problem will be resolved either when the test is completed, or everyone gets the Player Card.

You can still send lives to the person whose profile says 'coming soon', but only if they send you a life request.
