Why haven't I received any bonuses for the purchases that i've made?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the bonuses from the Purchase you made!!
Are those "bonuses" - some timed boosters or regular boosters? If they are timed boosters or lives, the timer will start as soon as the purchase reaches your game!
If you started playing as soon as you have purchased and didn't see the items, you will have to send a complaint to the King Customer Support team.
