Why has Candy Crush stopped working on my iMac?

I have been playing candy crush for 13 years now. I know sad, but I love it!! All of a sudden, I have reached level 11000 and it won't play more than a few moves on my iMac. Would love to know if anyone else is having this problem.

I can still play on my phone but I only use my phone sparingly.

The issue is with the Sonoma!! There are few more players who are experiencing the same issue! The Candy Crush Studio is aware about it, and they are looking into it for a fix!! But, it is taking longer than expected!!

But, until it is fixed, the players are advised to play on Chrome browser instead of Safari!!
