Hello Espeereelz, do you want the adverts because you know someone that has them, or have you had them and now lost them?
Due to the way that King delivers features to the game just because a friend or relative has adverts doesn't mean you will ever get them. King never delivers all of the features to every player of the game at the same time. So of you haven't got adverts in your game at the moment it just means it isn't your turn to have them yet. It could also mean you will never get them especially if you have purchased anything for your game. Once you buy anything from the Shop you lose all of your adverts.
If you used to have adverts, but now don't this is normal as well. Either you have purchased something, or it is just no longer your turn to have the adverts according to King.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
