I purchase a hard level offer that included 15 minutes. I didn’t see the minutes added so purchased again. I got the 40 gold bars but never got the play time added. 30 minutes total for 2 $3.99 purchases.

When we purchase the "timed" boosters or unlimited lives, the timer starts as soon as the purchase is successful!! How long has it been since you purchased the offer, and noticed that you did not see the minutes?

If it was immediately, you will have to contact the King Player Support to send a complaint about the missing timed boosters.

• If you are using mobile devices, you can send your complaint directly from your game --> click on the "Pink Cog wheel" -- ? icon -- Scroll down till you see "Purchases" option -- select an option that suits your device, and check the steps that can help you -- if not, scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" -- Click on it and fill out the form you see -- Submit the complaint.

** The initial response you will receive is an automated email to inform us that they received the complaint. You will have to wait at least 48 to 72 hours to hear back from an actual agent.
