Can someone please help me with game 5000? What do you do with the frog?

To collect the Frogs, you will have to "fill" the Frog with the same colored candy" (the color that matches with the frog) -- once the Frog is fluffy and full, it keeps shining -- then, tap on it and it will be ready to move -- now, click on the area where you want to move it to, preferably to the Waffles - so that the Frog can destroy those waffles👍️
As you keep moving the Frog, the number next to the Frog (in the goals) will keep reducing. You will have many color bombs in this level, which you can use to fill the Frogs easily.
