Purchase I did not know

Question

Hello,

I got a 6H succesful purchase that I have no clue how it happened. This is not the first time. This must be the 4th or 5th time and it uses my Gold bars that I pay for  and keep preserving to use in my games.

I finally googled it and it says contact customer support so I am doing that now.

The  latest purchase was just a few minutes ago and I am not even playing coz I don’t have 6H to spare playing. The other times too it will happen close to bedtime and I am unable to use the 6H because I have to sleep.

please jow can I make this stop? It charges me 69 gold bars everytime which is painful because that is a lot of gold bars for something you don’t want and did not do.If I can  have my gold bars back please that would be greatly appreciated .

Because of this I might stop playing the game because  I don’t want to keep paying for gold bars and just taken away .

I am sorry to hear about the purchases consuming your Gold Bars!!

The problem is, we do not have a "confirm" button to use the Gold Bars, like we have for "Boosters"!!  So, even an "accidental click" to purchase the moves or items, will take out the Gold Bars and buy the items we have selected (by mistake)!!  Unfortunately, that is how the game is designed🙃

Anyway, that would be the reason you have lost Gold Bars and have 6 hours of unlimited Lives!!  Next time, when the lives are over, please be careful and do not click on "buy lives" option!!

Now, about contacting the "Support Team" --> This is "Support area" of King Community!!  The Customer Support team you need to contact can be reached through⬇️

1) If you are playing on a computer - Facebook browser version, please click on this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

2) If you are using the App version on a mobile device or on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game (please see steps below)

* Click on the Pink Cog Wheel located at the bottom left corner of "Home" screen or in top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on ? icon to open the Help Center;
* Go down to "Purchases" and click on it;
* Look for "Accidental Purchases" -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* A form will appear.  Fill it out and send your complaint.

Contacting the Player Support is a delayed process.  So, please do not give up that you did not receive a response from an actual agent.  Be persistent and stay with them until you receive a reply.
