I have number on my picture frame what does it mean

Are you perhaps referring to the numbers on the frame above your profile picture? If this is the case, that's the number of the milestone level you're currently at. For example, if you are currently at level 1001, the number above your frame will be 1000. If you're at level 2580, then the number will be 2000. Those numbers will change every time you reach a milestone in your map.
Are these numbers inside boxes which count down? Do they have an image of a blocker on them? If so, then you will need to destroy this type of blocker the number of times shown, once you have brought the countdown to zero the box will unlock and show whatever is underneath. Sometimes this is another blocker to be destroyed or sometimes it is something helpful as well.

That is represented as a number inside the golden star just below your profile picture. There is also a bar beside the XP Rank, representing your progress to the next rank.
Every time you reach a rank that is a multiple of five (up to Rank 40) and ten (for Rank 40 and above), you will get a new profile picture frame. There are currently 13 different frames you can obtain.
