The past few days when I try to make a purchase it says something went wrong on your end. I have cleared cache, updated app and restarted my phone. Nothing works.
I have gild bars but can't purchase?

To send a complaint to the Player Support team, please follow these steps ⬇️
The first reply you will receive is an automated response, which is an acknowledgement. Please wait for 3 days minimum to receive a response from an actual agent! If nobody contacts you, but sends in “how did we do” email, send a reply to that email itself and inform that you were not helped and you are still waiting to talk to an agent!
** Contacting the Player Support is a delayed process, as they are the only team that looks after entire King Saga games!! Hence, please be patient and persistent.
** Also, please do not send multiple complaints (filling up the form)! It will only delay the process even more as their system will get confused receiving complaint from same ID (when we send complaint through our mobile device, they will automatically receive our ID number).

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
