From what I see on your screenshot, you still have one possible move; not the best one I agree, as it uses your CB to crush orange candies. But that's the reason why the game has not reshuffled. And as this move will prompt new candies to fall to replace the orange ones, and make the conveyor belt move, your board will have a very different set up from the screenshot one.
Although of course you do have a possible starting move on your board, posting your board here does prove a good point: So many levels are now designed to make starting boosters useless or even a hindrance, which is so frustrating and counter intuitive.
I remember the old days, well years ago -pre Covid-, when once you had timed starting boosters there was a chance to replay a level over and over until the colour bomb and the wrapped or striped candy were in a good position on the starting board. I used to look at the starting board and then either quit or play, depending on if I liked the set up. At the weekends I used to spend money, yes real money! on the timed boosters plus indefinite lives offers and have FUN playing, using the above strategy, I got on a win streak, passed lots of levels, paying Β£2 for that was actually value for money back then and I would have recommended it to others to play and buy the package.
Then, suddenly, these new guys took over and changed EVERYTHING. Of course the game was always fixed and largely pre determined, you can see this from those YouTube videos which all waited for a "lucky board" to achieve their feat of "no boosters" wins. But it wasn't so in your face then. King have ruined this game by making the levels harder or impossible to pass for longer, and in my opinion making it far too obvious now how the game is rigged, so that anyone with half a brain can see through it. Sadly I think their strategy is to make this game appeal and extract money from players who don't have this insight. Yes, @letuswin they do hate us. They hate players who can see through their manipulations and they want us out. Intelligent people are a thorn in their eyes.
