Candy crush royale

For over a week, while playing in the candy crush royale for extra gold bars, I'm not receiving them. FOR OVER A WEEK. I tried contacting the help, and they told me to come here. Kind of irritating that they can't give and answer, or fix it.

Just a question: You do finish all the levels to the cup at the end on your first try without dropping out? Just asking because some player think the "cut" is a reward, which it isn't.
