I have hard restarted app and hard restarted phone
game still frozen

Which device are you using? If it is a mobile device, can you for the version you have right now? Also, how much free space you have on device memory?

It is freezing when I complete the level and hit the "Tap to Skip" button.
One time I tried not tapping the screen, and just waiting for something to happen. Nothing did, it remained frozen even after a 15-minute wait.

Is your game freezing while in the middle of playing a level OR when you try to open the game itself OR when you were trying to collect a prize, etc.,

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
