when i finish this level, the game being stuck. This error lasts since yesterday. What can i do to solve this matter?

I had the same problem,
Link your account to Facebook and go play that level on a PC or laptop using Facebook gaming navigator.

Thank you for reporting , Ill give this feedback to the game team ! in the mean time Please email Player Support so they can check up what happened and restore the levels manually.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
