Candy Royale has gotten too hard

I was very excited to see Candy Royale come back as l had frequently won gold bars, sometimes only having to pass 3 or 4 continuous levels myself. What happened? Not only is it ridiculously hard to pass even 1 level, I cannot "share" the advancement of others on my team. I have to pass all 9+ levels in a row myself in order to win anything.

I find your experience surprising because as far as I can recall Candy Royale has never been a team game and I have never had a version of less than at least 7 or 8 levels to be passed on my first try. I think you have been very lucky to get the prize after 3 or 4 levels!!

@Momof2Military I'm not really sure what you're saying. You used to win a share of 500 Gold by only passing 3/4 levels or did you mean you won the Candy Royale Race 3/4 times in a row? That would make much more sense as I've never heard of anyone winning a share after winning only 3 levels.
Anyway, Candy Royale hasn't gotten harder (to answer your inquiry), the levels have. I was happy to see it back in my game after months. But at the same time, not thrilled because at the level I'm at (14857), there's no way on God's green earth can I pass 7 or 8 levels on the first try, let alone 14 for the Double Royale! LOL
BTW, it's, as Christine said, not a team game. You're playing against people that have played those levels previously. Sorry to burst your bubble, but an AI chooses your 'opposition'.
I used to win it all the time for Gold back in the day (meaning last year). Not at all anymore.

It is getting easier cuz now you get free boosters like colorbombs or 10 minutes bags when you finish a game.
This week something amazing happened to me....the max gold bars ever won was like 160 or something like that.
This week 500!! Eh what? :)

Wow you were really lucky well done. I played the same one with timed boosters and won ridiculous 13 gold bars! 👎 This game is like playing lottery….

You know that this event is fixed in exactly the same manner as the episode race, with the other players being recordings and picked by the game for you to compete with, according to your previous performance? The amount of the payout is just what King decide your payout should be. If Candy Royale ever shows up in my game, which it does less and less, I usually get under 20 gold, too.

Definitely, this cannot be live event. More I play less gold they give me. Even with share of 1000 I got under 50 GB. I just hate when it keeps popping up on my screen, basically I just play so it goes away…

Did that once. Helped that the first level was, even with full boosters, one of those, 100% luck ones. I think there were 5 or so players left after it. In the end I do think I burned through like 150-200 bars or so to win the 500 :D
