I am afraid you cannot transfer goodies from one device to another because your boosters and lives are stored directly into the memory of your phone. King's server have no record of them and they are not linked to your game ID. So when you get a new device your game progress and your gold will transfer but your booster and saved lives will not.

I hope you still have the old phone. Play on this until you have used up all your boosters. Use the boosters on the old phone to win episode races and gold. Then save the game and the gold will show up when you open the game on your new phone.
