Lost all progress

Nearly every day I log on to find I'm automatically stuck on Level 1. I can usually get past it by playing that level and then closing the play window instead of choosing "next." But...no more. Now I'm stuck on level one with no option but to continue to level 2. I've lost thousands of levels' progress. I've tried rebooting, refreshing. Any suggestions?
