My game is in a loop. How do I get out of the loop and finish the game

I am sorry to hear that your level was stuck in a loop!! Some levels are affected by this glitch and the Candy Crush game studio is trying to fix it. But, it is taking a while longer than expected!!

And, now for you to get out of this glitch -- all you can do is to quit the level -- close the App -- wait for few minutes -- reopen the App -- retry the level.

Unfortunately, you will lose the win streak, and hence the boosters that come with the Win streak!! At present, there is no other way to get out of this glitch🙃
