I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your current level!!
Can you please provide more details… which level is it? Which device are you using?
Which defective issues are you experiencing? Are you seeing your level board with weird design and half cut candies, etc.,? If so, all you have to do is —> Quit the level - close the game App - shutdown your device - restart it after few minutes - reopen the game and level and everything will be back to normal.
