That is how the King Saga games work! Only game progress and the Gold Bars are saved to the game servers. Hence, even when you download the game on multiple devices, you will see them synced.
But, the boosters and the Lives received from friends are saved on to the device's local memory - which is not possible to transfer to another device!! Until you delete the game on your old phone, all the boosters stay on it. All you can do is to play the game on your old phone and spend away all those boosters!! There is no other way🙃
