Since tuesday november 14, 2023 I have no longer able to play my game, it keeps blocking. Please can you try to correct the situation. I did everything you advised me and nothing was done. Thanks.

I have had this problem since Tuesday November 14th. When I open my game I see my levels but the game turns completely black, and cannot be played. I play on Samsung galaxy Android device.

Can you explain what did you mean by “it keeps blocking”??
Which device are you using to play the game?
Are you seeing an Orange screen in loading mode and nothing happens after that?
If so, when did this start?
If you are playing on a mobile device or on Windows10/11, which version of the App do you have right now?
