I am sorry to hear that the Episode Race is not working properly for you!!
When you check for the progress, are you finding yourself at the first level no matter how many levels you have completed? And other 4 players at the end stage by the time you finish 2 or 3 levels?
If you did win the Race and saw the pop-up that you won certain amount of Gold Bars, you will have to contact the King Player Support team for your missing reward!
If you playing on a mobile device or on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game —> click on the Pink cogwheel icon - ? Icon - scroll down to events - go to the option with “Episode Race” - scroll down all the way to “contact us” and send you complaint.
