No rewards for ads

Hi, I keep getting ads for bonuses that are just fixed images with an x at the top an a circle that fills around it. Normally that indicates that when the circle is complete you can stop the ad ( not being "moving" ads, there is no other way to tell if they are finished or not! ). Unfortunately, even after having waited for the circle to fill, when I close the ad I have the message that I didn't finish to watch and so I wouldn't get a reward. It is really annoying!

Could you fix the problem, please?
