Normally, when you run out of moves (or allow a candy bomb to explode), you would get a prompt asking you whether you want to continue. However, there is one catch - the game needs to wait for any and all effects of the player's last move to play out completely (including all cascade combos) before determining that a failure has truly occurred with no more moves left to complete an unfinished objective - after all, who knows, that last move might finish the level and trigger a Super Sugar Crush!
That said, players have been complaining that the game can prematurely declare a state of failure even before all of the cascade combos of the player's last move have been completed. An example of this phenomenon occurring can be seen in this screenshot below:
In the screenshot above, which is from someone else's Reddit post, the game declares that you've failed and brings up a continue prompt even though there was a valid match of 3 orange caramels that the game overlooked thanks to this bug. Imagine how frustrating it would be for this bug to force players to unnecessarily spend gold bars to keep the game going.
Please do your loyal Crushers a favor and spare them from this unfortunate bug, or you might expect your player numbers to drop significantly.
