I am sorry to hear that you lost the level progress of your game!!
After reinstalling the App, did you make sure that you have logged in with your game account details? If not, please log in and see if you will be taken back to your actual level.
With regards to the boosters --> unfortunately, that is the result of deleting the App, and you cannot get them back!! The reason is, the boosters are stored on the local memory of our device and when the game is deleted, the memory also will be erased!!
Please log into the game with your account details and let me know if it worked or not!!

If restarting the device and logging back into the game did not work, I would suggest you to contact the Player Support team and take their help.
