I just made a purchase. It was a Fortnite 9 bundle and it's not showing up on my page. What do I do

    Did you try rebooting your device? If not, I would suggest you to do so… close the game - turn off your device - turn it back after few minutes - open the game and see if the purchased items have reached your game.

    If they didn’t, you will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support team…

    • If you are using a computer and playing on Facebook - Browser version, please send your complaint through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
    • If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game --> The Pink Cogwheel -- ? icon -- Scroll down to "Purchases" -- select the option "did not receive my purchased items" -- follow the steps provided.
