When I win games it says my cut is like 25 bars and other various amounts. But I never receive them!!! What is going on?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the Gold bars you won in the events!!

** The Gold Bars where it says - "your cut as of now...." is from Candy Royale feature. To win the final amount, you must play those designated levels (7 / 8/ 10 / 13 / 14) and stay in the race till the end, without losing a single level.

Then, the final amount of Gold Bars that you are going to win & share, will be decided. If you lose a level in the mid race, you will be kicked out and will have to wait for 30 minutes (minimum) for the race to start again!!

** The other amount of Gold Bars you have mentioned... 45 Gold Bars - was it from Episode Race? If so, you will have to contact the King Player Support team. Please follow below steps⬇️

• If you are playing on a computer - Facebook browser version, go to this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact;
• If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel -- select ? icon -- scroll down to Events -- (choose the event you did not receive the reward from) -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and submit your complaint.

It might take a few days for an actual agent to connect with you. But, please don't get frustrated or give up!!
