Can you manually reset my level please?

I am sorry to hear that you lost level progress in your game!!
Did you save your game before with either Facebook or Kingdom account? If so, did you login into your game through that account details?
If it didn't work, you will have to contact the King Player Support team through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact. They will be able to help you with restoring the progress.
