I have one player friend that I can't send lives to. When I click on their name it just says their full profile will be coming soon. Why is this happening?

The “player cards” feature is still being improved and slowly sent to all devices and all players!
So, you are seeing “profile will come soon” message because — either their profile is still under improvements; OR your friend did not provide all the details that are needed. Either way, it will take a while for it to be updated.
In the meantime, all that can be done is - your friend should ask for lives as many as they can, and you can reply to those requests (through the Envelope icon).
