My friends I asked for extra life always and I don't get extra life

Must be something wrong with my my thing for me to get an extra life so I can go ahead it's having a glitch or something in it I don't get enough I'll get enough of gold bars this is hard when you get up to 5,000 going close to 6000 and the game is getting harder and harder but you don't get no help no free stuff no extras or anything I've been with this game for years and I paid a lot of money but I don't get no help when I really need it no extra coins gold bars or anything for extra people helping them extra men just getting me tired I love playing Candy crush but please help me
