I am sorry to hear that issue in your game! You will have to contact the King Player Support team to help you and refund the Gold Bars.

With regards to losing progress in "Additional Aid" --> Are you talking about the "Adventure Path" or is it something else? Can you please explain a bit more? And if possible, post a screenshot?
