The issue was reported to the game Studio. But, we haven't heard anything yet!!

For weeks now I haven’t been getting lives like I use to. What has changed?
What has changed @marshaann is that King has removed the Send Lives button that used to appear at the bottom of a level. It would appear that this move has upset people and because they can no longer send lives easily they choose not to.
The best way of receiving lives now would appear to be to request them but this isn't as effective as it used to be as people have stated that they will not send lives if they don't receive lives or can't send them easily any more
Also King has introduced the Player Card and one effect of this is that some people can't send lives to their friends even if they want to as the Card prevents them from doing so. All in all I think I honestly think that posts like yours are exactly what King wants to see. Since the introduction of the 200 life limit King has being doing everything they can to limit the number of lives received and sent
