I use my android phone.
Giving lives: I have to go to Friends under my profile tab. I select a person. I press Send Life. I get "Connection Issue: Please restart or try again later. Please do not reinstall the game."
Asking for Lives: I select Ask Friends. I select Check All. Press Ask for Lives. I get the same message as above.
I only play on my Android. I was on cruise last week and played through their wifi but it wasn't a problem until the end of that testing. I am home now and the above sending/asking problems began.
Game Play: I play a game. I am currently on Level 6151. After I win or lose the game, I see the option to Keep Playing - Underneath that, there is a wheel spinning and stating "Contacting App Store...". Under that box, it says New Board. If I press that, it goes back to the lost game. I then select the X instead to Give Up that game.
These errors didn't seem to start up until they did their survey/testing or whatever it was last week (Nov. 14 through 18, 2023). I guess this issue is because they are trying to add iPhone to the detriment of Androids. Please advise if you know how to fix it.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9 - Android Version 10 - One UI Version - 2.5.
My phone also lists other software information such as baseband version, kernel version, build number, SE for android status, knox version, service provider SW version, carrier configuration, security software version, and android security patch level.
I'm thinking the first line is what you are asking but if you need more info from the other labels, let me know.
