Ugh, level 3030 has proven to be unbeatable! I have used every booster and gold bars I had, bought 3 "delightful bundles" over the past 2 weeks and this dragon is not dropping, and the magic mixer will not break! I have tried exiting the level, closing the app and starting all over several times, (as recommended) and this is not working.

It's a tricky level, but the magic mixer does eventually break and let out the dragon egg. You can see how close you are to breaking it by watching the screws in the four corners. Each hit removes one screw. When all four are gone then one more hit will break it. It takes a total of five hits and so you need to get striped candies just below it as much as you can. It is possible to hit it with a lollipop hammer, too, if you have any. Here is a video to show.
