As per your screenshot, you still need 2 more Licorice Swirls. I see that there are portals at both ends of the board. If you make a combo with those Red candies, you will get a striped candy and some Licorice swirls should drop down!! But, unfortunately, 2 moves will not be enough to finish the level now!!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
