Capped lives .
I understand lives are capped at 200 and can only use 20/day. However, I am down to 89/200 no new lives have been added in over a month. I can go days without using lives, and the number doesn’t increase. It used to return to 200 almost every day. I wasn’t thrilled with only being able to use 20 gifted lives per day, but this is worth.

I am sorry to know that you are not receiving any lives from your friends!! Lot of my friends stopped playing after the constant changes brought into the game!!
Our Community In-charge team has put together some Help Articles, along with some tips on what to do when we do not receive lives in the game! Please click on THIS Link (click on Green letters) and follow the steps & tips are provided there.

Hello again @EJ_Dotts🙋♀️ I forgot to add another important point above...
I don't know whether your game has this change or not... now, we have something called "Player Cards", where we see our friends on the Map. When it works, it is very easy to send lives through those player cards.
But, if the feature does not work, and all they see is "Player's profile coming soon" pop-up, our friends cannot send lives - neither from the game map area, nor from "Friends' list" area!! If your friends are also experiencing this issue with your profile, they cannot send you lives!!
So, to improve this situation from your side, I would suggest you to keep on sending requests for Lives. Since you used to receive lives before, I am sure that you will receive them again👍️👍️
