When does my badge update?

This is, of course, a matter of very small importance, but I am now at level 2508, and I got an email from King congratulating me on passing 2500 and saying I had earned the appropriate badge, but, thus far, it has not updated in my game, still displaying the 2000 badge. The email came a week ago, and I am using the Candy Crush desktop app.

Usually the badge level that appears is milestone. Like 1000 Level, 2000 Level, 3000level and so on

Hello @SativaGummi generally if you haven't received a Milestone badge then replaying the last milestone level can make the badge appear.
