If you have saved your game with either Facebook or Kingdom account --> you will be able to start where you left off, even if you reinstall your game OR change your devices. Both the level progress and the Gold Bars are saved to game servers.

But, your saved boosters and lives received from your friends will not be restored / transferred, as they are stored on local memory of the device. When you delete the App, the data also will be deleted pertaining to the game!!
