When you said "rewards", did you mean the boosters like Color Balls, Lollipop hammers, etc.,?
If so, when we transfer the game to a new device, only the level progress and Gold bars will be transferred. But not the boosters we have saved and the lives received from friends. The reason for this is Gold Bars & level progress are saved to the game, whereas boosters are saved to our device local memory!
If you did not delete the game on your old phone, all your boosters will still be available there. Continue playing the game there and use up all those boosters, so they won't go to waste.
