By any chance, are you talking about the "Candy Convertor" where you use some candies and the machine changes it to other useful boosters?

no. I'm talking about candy crush saga. when you don't finish a level the game always gave you a chance to watch an ad and boosters, now it says contacting store and just keeps circling, never completes. the same when you try to purchase stripes, never completes going to store

So, you are having issue with the Store in the game. Some more players are also experiencing this issue from past few weeks. It was reported and we are gathering details for further investigation.
