I no longer get the screen where I can send lives to my friends. How do I get it back?

When you try to send lives, are you not able to find the button to send lives, and a message appears that says "player profile not available"?
If you can reply back and explain, we will be able to assist you further. You can simply type in the blank box given below🍫🍫
Are you referring to the Send Lives button @farmerannie. If you are this has been removed by King and there is nothing you can do to get it back.
Or are you referring to your life envelope screen?
If you can't access your life envelope because it is greyed out this means you have no saved lives and no life requests
