Question

I purchased a bundle for $6.35 this evening, 11/28, its on my credit card statement, but the gold bars and other little bundle was not delivered. Not sure how to tell you who I am.

Perhaps there is a delay, but I sure hate having to buy help, and now I hate that it wasn't delivered. Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

I would like to request you to remove the email address you have shared in your opening post.  Like I said above, since this is a Public Forum, it is not safe to post your personal details!!

You can edit your post and remove that information --> You see 3 dots  . . .  at the top right corner of your question -- point your cursor there and click on it -- now, select "Edit" -- your question will be open to make any changes -- remove your name and email address -- click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Purchased related inquiries will not be dealt here in the Community, as the query needs your personal details.  Since this is a Public Forum, we do not encourage to share any personal details as it is not safe!!

With regards to your missing purchases -- are you playing on a mobile device?

Did you try closing the App -- shut down your device -- restart it after few minutes -- reopen the App and see if the items are back?  If not, please do so.

If you still did not receive the items, please post back and let me know and I will give you the steps to contact King Customer Support team.
