I'm having the same issue, just tried the method you suggested by playing an old level and that did not fix it. I paid for the season pass this morning and after winning one level its gone.

I found the complaint that was reported this morning. Our Community In-charge informed that there were issues with servers that are causing the glitch with Golden Pass.
Please follow the steps provided in THIS Link (click on the green letters) to send your complaint to the King Customer Support team.
Please post back and let me know if you need further assistance🍫🍫

Hello Irgecar please try playing a new level to see if that works as a means of making your missing Events return. I have to play new levels when my Events go missing.

Did you check my reply above for your missing Golden Pass items?
About the missing events -- did you try logging out of the game? If not, please try these steps⬇️
- Log out of Candy Crush Saga game;
- Close the App;
- Turn off your device - wait for few minutes - restart your device;
- Open the App and log back in;
- You would see only Booster wheel in front of the curtain;
- Now, play a level - lose it - go back to map screen and open the events.
- The events should appear back.
If they didn't, please post back🍫🍫

The Candy Studio is trying to fix the glitch!! Until the issue is fixed, Golden Pass might not appear again.
But, because you have paid for the boosters, you will have to contact King Customer Support team for all your missing boosters. Please click HERE to follow the steps & directions, to send your complaint.
